Tanya’s One Dish Dinner

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 8 oz noodles~not cooked
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 can Mexican diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown burger and drain. Add ingredients in order on top of beef. I also add about 1/2 a jar of salsa. Cover and simmer without stirring for 15-20 minutes or until noodles are tender. Stir, and sprinkle cheese over top. Cover till cheese is melted.

Serves 6

  1. This is Goulash! (Pronounced goo-losh) MMMM my mamaw makes this all the time. It is so good. But you must accompany with Mashed Potatoes:)
