Plain ‘ole Brownies
- 1 1/3 c. cocoa
- 2/3 c. flour
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 ts. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350º. Whip eggs in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment. Add vanilla. Switch tot he beater bar and add the sugars and mix to combine. Add the butter and the combined dry ingredients in 3 alternating batches starting with the wet and ending with the dry. Pour into a 9×13 greased pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
