Lemon Icebox Dessert

CRUST

  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 c. flour

FILLING

  • 2 pkg. cream cheese~~room temperature
  • 1 c. cool whip
  • 1 c. powdered sugar

TOPPING

  • 2 boxes instant lemon pudding~~you can use any flavor, but lemon is THE best
  • 3 c. milk

Mix crust ingredients.  Press into a 9×13 pan.  Bake for 15 minutes @  350.  Cool completely.  Mix filling ingredients and spread on crust.  Mix topping ingredients together, and spread over filling.  Top with remaining cool whip and some more chopped pecans.
