        1. Well excuse me my dear. You are just naturally beautiful then. You always look like you have makeup on. Must be nice. Love you

  1. Oh goodness-that looks SO painful! I’m so sorry you have to endure that-I, too, hope aloe vera helps you and that relief is just around the corner!

  2. Aloe vera is WONDERFUL for sunburns. I know from too many experiences.
Today I am thankful for a being a part of my wonderful step-mother-in-law’s family. We’ve had a wonderful family reunion for the last 5 days.
I am thankful for my husband who enjoys filling in for our pastor when he is away, both at the church and at the prison (our pastor is the prison chaplain in our town).
I am thankful for my children who have been so good this week, having fun with cousins.

  3. What did you wear to get such a horrible sunburn? I know how bad it hurts. So so sorry you forgot the sunscreen. Is every one else as bad as you.

  4. I don’t usually comment but enjoy your blog very much. Just wanted to wish you a quick recovery. I have skin just like yours. I just burn. I am so so sorry for you. Aloe vera is the only thing to help. Please take care.

  5. Ooh, I haven’t been that badly burned for years! Hope it heals quickly!
I hear vinegar is great to soak in–but stinks, unless you want to smell like a pickle! 😉

  6. OUCH … I hope the fun you had getting that burn is worth the pain you’re feeling. Maybe you were doing something fun with the kids or hubby or even better … the entire family was having a blast and they are burnt too! Feel better soon
