October 2

It’s Friday, Internet, and I’m nosy.

I want to know which would you choose beef or chicken?

Beef.    It will always be beef!

  1. Chicken. A breast stuffed with spinach, feta cheese, and garlic. Topped with a little bit of crumb topping to hold in the juices.
Or sauteed with multi colored peppers and onion.
    Or on zucchini crusted pizza.

I just ate breakfast but now suddenly hungry once again!!

  2. Hmmm. I am quite the chicken fanatic, I do love it. But I would also have to go with beef. Unless it’s rare, then, not so much.

  3. A thick, juicy BBQ’d steak, done perfectly medium rare. Wait, maybe roast chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. Oooh, or roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy. But maybe a rich, creamy chicken stew. Or beef stew. I can’t decide! I could never be a vegetarian.
Actually, I choose bacon. Yes, bacon… wrapped around a chicken breast, with a steak on the side.

  4. Beef! It will always be beef. A nice crispy on the outside but rare inside Fillet Mignon. The other a good beef fillet butterflied and stuffed with chopped mushrooms cooked with butter white wine & garlic. Baby spinach slightly steamed. Home roasted red peppers. All this cook ahead of time to chill. The fillet is split top to bottomand pounde so it is nice & thin. Then spread mushrooms, place spinach leaves over mushrooms thne plsce red pepper pieces to cover spinach. Roll fillet like a swiss rollto get a pinwheel look. Tie with string to keep together and cook in oven till done-rare -med-well.Let rest for five to ten min. the slice and serve.

  5. Beef all the way baby!!

I love a good prime rib and when hubby grills me a rib eye……talk about drooooool time!!

When I’m feeling like I should eat more healthy then a good tenderloin just can’t be beat!

And when given the choice between beef or chicken tacos….it’s beef all the way I tell you!
