After the rafters went up, roofing began.
With some help from the boy.
After the roof was finished, walls began to go up.
Dad decided to stick build the walls instead of building the wall and setting it up.
It makes it stronger that way, or so he says.
I just live here.
And take pictures.
A view from the inside,
.
.
and the weary men who are working so hard.
.
I’m so glad that there wasn’t a butt crack in the first picture…I had to do a double-take to be sure!
You are going to love your screened-in porch. Mine is my favorite place to go from May through October.
It is looking great! Is the big hole above the doors fixed yet?
The guys do looke weary.
I can’t wait to see it finished.
Me either.
This is a wonderful thing your men are doing for you. Your porch looks very nice so far.
I was laughing, about to comment “I’m happy there was no crackage in the first picture” but someone already beat me to the punch! Your porch is lookin good!
Your men are doing a great job! Won’t be long till you are sitting out there enjoying it.
I’m so happy for you! But where is K going to catch her rays?
Poor girl will have to lay in the grass.
She will catch her rays on the deck of the new underground pool going in next summer!!!
Oops. I meant “in ground pool”!!!
