Lemon Icebox Dessert
CRUST
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. flour
FILLING
- 2 pkg. cream cheese~~room temperature
- 1 c. cool whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
TOPPING
- 2 boxes instant lemon pudding~~you can use any flavor, but lemon is THE best
- 3 c. milk
Mix crust ingredients. Press into a 9×13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes @ 350. Cool completely. Mix filling ingredients and spread on crust. Mix topping ingredients together, and spread over filling. Top with remaining cool whip and some more chopped pecans.
