Cheesy Chicken Chowder

- 8 Tbsp. sweet butter
- 2 cups carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups milk
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup fresh or frozen corn
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 6 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Melt butter in your soup pot. Add carrots and onion to sautee for about 1 minute. Add flour and whisk, cooking for a good 3 minutes. Add liquids and stir till thick. Add corn, chicken and cheese. Cook till cheese is melted.
