Brunswick Stew

  • 3 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lb kielbasa
  • 4 c. chicken, cooked
  • 3 lb onion
  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 1 c. bbq sauce
  • 2 c. ketchup
  • 8 c. corn
  • salt and pepper to taste

Fry burger and sausage. Cook chicken meat and debone. Peel and dice potatoes and onion. Cook in a 12-16 qt. kettle with 10 qt. broth(most likely using all the broth from boiling the chicken and then adding to make the difference)until tender. Add meat, BBQ sauce and ketechup. Bring to a good boil, add corn and serve.
Makes approx. 10 quarts

    This one I will have to try! It has my hubbys and sons favorite things in it…hamburger, sausage, ketchup and BBQ sauce! LOL
