Baked Oatmeal

Baked Oatmeal

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. br. sugar
  • ½ c. butter, melted
  • 3 c. rolled oats
  • ½ c. nuts (optional)
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. milk
  • ¼ c. maple syrup

Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl, whisk eggs. Add butter and sugar. Whisk again. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 9×13 pan and bake for 30 minutes.

  1. Hello I am over from T2 and had asked there as well, I just need to know :) LOL can this be made up the day or night before and put in the fridge and then baked the next day?

    You can make it ahead, but don’t put the extra FFO’s on top till it is time to bake.

  2. I was browsing PW and saw your chocolate tag. I’m always looking for great recipes and you have wonderful recipes as well.
