**this recipe is wonderfully light and refreshing.  It is also almost sugar free, so it is very good for diabetics**

  • 1 box sugarfree instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 container lite cool whip
  • 1 angel food cake

Mix first 3 ingredients together.  DO NOT make the instant pudding into pudding.  Slice the cake into 3 parts vertically.  Fill and ice with pineapple mixture.  Chill at least 1 hour.

  1. Yum! I can’t wait to try this. My boyfriend is diabetic so this will be great. Not that he wouldn’t also eat a whole pan of your Toffee Brownie Trifle, but he shouldn’t!

I am printing most of your recipes right now! Everything sounds so good!

  4. I made this, BUT, I tore that angel food cake into pieces, and stirred the whole thing in a big trifle-type bowl. It was AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks !
