Even though the – 15º weather outside is frightful, inside has been delightful.
I have kept myself busy knitting mittens for the girl.
Mittens for myself.
And have started a sock for the boy.
Sister, I have your socks taken apart, and will begin them again….sometime….soonish…
Remember, I’m a slacker.

I’m glad that you’ve found something to do so you’ll not just veg in front of the TV – for me that is even more depressing.

Honestly, the socks are more difficult for me, but that is because I don’t read the ‘recipe’/instructions well.
I’m such a visual learner. If someone shows me, I can do it till the cows come home.
Give me written instructions and I am totally lost.
I am in the process of doing a pair of Fair Isle socks, and I am going VERY slowly.

You should totally enjoy the time inside. Make a cup of hot chocolate, put your feet up and relax. It’ll be hot before we know it.
