I was making supper the other night, Chicken Tetrazinni~~recipe in my recipe section~~and I couldn’t hardly find anything in the fridge. It was so full of containers, leftover bits of this and that, and eggs {5 dozen} that I was just a bit overwhelmed. I called in the calvary!
I asked the daughter to clean out the fridge.
She found some leftover truffles that I had sent to Tressa. I can not believe that they were still in there. In my defense I don’t generally look in the fridge for chocolate, and promptly forgot all about them. She found some kind of concoction that the boy had made, and some 2 year old caramel sauce.
Here is something else she found.

Would you be interested to know that it was in there for over 2 months???
yeuck!!! I wonder how many different types of mold is on it.
What do you think that was?

My guess would be lemon icebox dessert. Or at least something with whipping cream on top.
.
HMMMMMMMMM…. I think I might recognize that mold

Some kind of dessert? Did you look at the mold under the microscope?

It looks to me like it’s something at was yellow & white w/some red thrown in for good measure.
Hope you got rid of the science experiment.

The stuff in the container was home made real whipped cream the boy had made for some pumpkin pie.
And no………..we didn’t look at it under the microscope. Remember……I hate science.

You could have had your own penicillen! That is one thing I do religeously, is clean my fidge. With two hungry 21 year olds in the house there are rarely any leftovers.

ewwww….
There were still truffles in the fridge. You didn’t send me all of them? And then they got left in the fridge? I think that may be a chocolate crime.

Sorry Tressa, the boy wanted to send you only the prettiest and the biggest. These were the ugly small ones.
You are so right, it was a crime. I should have 40 lashes with a wet noodle!

I was going to guess whipped cream before I read your response…..it was very colorful…..:)
I don’t think I would have even bothered opening the container……
